Robert "Bobby" Cruz passed away on octoer 18, 2015. Born May 15, 1945 to Isabel Cordova and Julio Cruz. Bobby graduated from Walsenburg High School and then studied accounting at Trinidad State Junior College for two years. He worked at Safeway in Walsenburg for 33 years and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and Cripple Creek and playing Bingo. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother Frank Cruz and his sister, Helen Cortez. He is survived by is sisters, Juanita and Jeanette, and his brother, Julio; and by his nephews who lived with him, Alex and Selso Roybal. Cremation hos taken place. At his request, no services will be held.
