Obituary for Peggy L. Baca (Dunkle)

Peggy Baca, 80, of Navajo Ranch, Walsenburg, Colorado died October 12, 2018 peacefully in her home following a lengthy illness
Peggy was a retired nurse and an active member of The Church of Christ of Walsenburg. Her favorite scriptures were from Christ's Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5,6 & 7). One of her favorite hymns was Amazing Grace.
Peggy also had a passion for painting. Much of her artwork can be seen throughout the community, including a mural she painted in the church! She enjoyed the many landscapes of Colorado. A view of the Spanish Peaks from her home was among her favorites.
Surviving Peggy are four son: Kevin (Rettia) Snider, Glenn (Tresa) Snider, Todd E. Snider, Brian (Jen) Snider; daughter Cindy L. Snider, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, and her much beloved dog, Buddy.
Preceding her in death was her dad, Wayne Dunkle; mom, Geneva Salerno; and sister, Jane DiFederico.
Peggy touched many lives and will be sadly missed by all those who kew her.
