Obituary for Lisa R Archuleta

Lisa R. Archuleta was born on March 6, 1961 in Butte, Montana. She passed away peacefully on December 29, 2023, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Lisa was the second born of six children to Gary and Myrtle Milan. She was raised in Wallace, Idaho, where she graduated High School and later relocated to Red Wing, CO where she married and raised her three children.

Lisa enjoyed spending time line dancing and outdoors with her family, whether it be hunting, fishing, camping, swimming or outdoor games. She passed down her many talents to her children and grandchildren including her love to cook, can and crotchet.

After relocating to Walsenburg, CO Lisa had spent the past 10+ years working at the local veterans nursing home, where she was dedicated to caring for our Veterans.

Lisa is preceded in death by her father Gary Milan Sr., mother Myrtle Landcaster, brother Brian Milan. Lisa is survived by her three daughters, Andrea Archuleta-Cisneros (Gilbert), Michelle Camacho (Jose Luis), Desiree Archuleta-Hays (Christopher), nine Grandchildren, Nia Cruz Espinoza, Tristan Cisneros, Emma Cisneros, Christiana Camacho, Nickeya Camacho, Micaela Camacho, Kaiden Hays, Hattie Jean Hays, Axel Hays, her 2 sisters Debbie Perrino (Neval) and Sheri Brunner (Steve), her brothers Gary Milan (Lisa), and Scott Milan (Victoria), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Lisa will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Services will be in Gardner Colorado January 13, 2024 at Sacred Heart Church at 11:00am. with a meal at the Gardner Community Center to follow.
