Karla Marie Lujan, 46 Pueblo
May 25, 1976 ~ March 10, 2023
Karla passed away in grace and dignity under hospice care at her home in Pueblo, Colo. on March 10, 2023. Karla was born on May 25, 1976, to Raymond and Debbie Lujan in Colorado Springs, Colo. She fought a long, hard battle with colorectal cancer.
Karla Lujan is survived by her daughter, Alexis Garcia of Pueblo, mother Debbie Lujan of Walsenburg, sister Margaret Alaniz (Luciano) of Longmont, brother Manuel Lujan of Walsenburg, nephew Isaiah Medina (Dollie), and niece Mariah Medina and Great Aunt Aurora Durham of Walsenburg and several cousins, aunts, uncles and a great niece and great nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of Christ at 416 Walsen Ave in Walsenburg on Saturday March 25, 2023 at 1:00p.m. There will be a potluck/celebration of life in the basement of the church after the service for family and friends. If you would like to donate food or anything else, please bring it to the church by 12:30 on Saturday March 25, 2023.
Internment of ashes will be at the Jarosa Cemetery west of Gulnare (about a half mile past the pavement ending) following the potluck/celebration.
The family would like to thank Center Care Hospice of Pueblo for their love, compassion and support.
