Obituary for Dallas Priest
Dallas was born in Ainsworth, Nebraska on March 11, 1938. His parents were Odis (Jack) V. Priest and Vera Killion Priest. Dallas was raised on a ranch south of Ainsworth, with two sisters, Leona Smith (deceased), and Ruth Allen, Johnstown, NE, and two brothers, Eugene (Jerry) Priest, (deceased) and Ted (Marilyn) Priest, Roosevelt, UT.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alberta (Micek) Priest and three children. Randal (Cherie) Priest, Ainsworth, NE; Wanda Priest, Springview, NE; and Debra (Donald) Wallen, Pagosa Springs, CO. Five grandchildren: Mysti Schild, Kymberly Richards, Kendal McCormick, Georgeanne Schweyher and Caitlyn Appel. Seven Great-Grandchildren: Sammy and Cheyanne Richards, Coralee and Jacob Schild, Madalyn Appel, Oliver and Benjamin Schweyher; Nephews, nieces and friends.
Rosary will be on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., Funeral Mass following at 1:30 p.m., in Walsenburg, Colorado.
