Anna Marie (Naglich) Klikus at 94 years of life has transitioned to be with the Lord on this day, September 10, 2020. Born on July 19,1926 in Pryor, Colorado to Matt and Anna (Pavlic) Naglich, she grew up in Walsenburg, CO., attended St. Mary's High School and worked as a telephone operator and the manager of Fox Theater prior to marriage.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Matt and Anna, her husband Frank (2001), whom she married on November 1,1947. Her brother John, who was killed in action over the Adriatic Sea during a bombing mission in WWII, and brother Frank and sister Kathryn.

See is survived by her son J.J. (Donna) Klikus, grandson T.C. (Melody) Klikus, granddaughter Kelsi (Coye) Yazzie, Sherrie Klikus, the mother of her grandchildren, and her Great Grandchild, Maverick Chantry Klikus who gave her so much joy over the last four months.

Ann spent most of her adult life in LaVeta either working on the ranch and being a homemaker or working as the Head Cook for the La Veta School system. She was endeared by the kids at school - the ultimate caregiver. They selected her to be the Grand Marshall of the Homecoming Parade because they loved her so much. She remained at the ranch after the passing of her husband up until the time she moved to Colorado Springs in 2006.

Dear JJ and family
We just learned of Annie’s passing this evening while talking to Uncle Johnnie .
Oh the memories that were made at your folks place. The hunting with uncle Johnnie and Joe. The butchering sessions
with Frankie’s wise cracking. After coming in from a day of hunting Annie always had coffee for us. Wonderful memories
Made with wonderful friends. Will always remember both Annie and Frankie with a smile.
Sending much Love to you
